We provide Customs-free shipping within the EU. For international shipments, Sonarworks covers shipping, duties, and taxes (VAT) costs associated with the shipment. The shipping cost added to the product in-store is a small amount of the actual shipping costs for sending orders to customers.

Each country can have its own set of rules and additional fees for import shipments. These additional fees can’t be covered by Sonarworks. The final full amount for the shipment will be calculated in the last checkout step.
