14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Sonarworks Store operates within the 14-Day Right of Withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive: customers can return the product for a full refund within 14 days of making the purchase, no questions asked.
- For digital items, the withdrawal period begins on the date of purchase.
- For physical goods, the withdrawal period begins on the date of delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify the Sonarworks Support team within the 14-day period. Returned physical goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories. Items must be returned without signs of use or damage.
Please note that the cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer: return shipping costs for physical products are not covered by Sonarworks.
Delivery time
Physical products are dispatched within 2–3 working days if in stock, and the license details for download-only product/order components are delivered via email instantly. Typical delivery times for physical products are:
- Within the EU: 2–3 working days (via FedEx).
- Outside the EU: 3–5 working days (via FedEx).
If FedEx is unavailable, DHL Express may be used as an alternative carrier. If an item is out of stock, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks; however, such delays are rare.
Shipping costs
- The standard shipping cost is 9 EUR/USD.
- For shipments to the following countries, the shipping cost is 29 EUR/USD: Japan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Mauritius, South Africa (8 of 9 provinces), Argentina, Bolivia, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Colombia.
- For shipments to the following countries, the shipping cost is 39 EUR/USD: Chile, India.
2-year Warranty
All products purchased from the Sonarworks Store include a 24-month warranty, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults. Signs of wear and tear are only covered if they arise despite appropriate use and care, or are due to manufacturing defects. If a product is determined to be beyond repair, it will be replaced with a new or equivalent product of comparable value.
