No questions asked! We grant a 14-day money-back guarantee from the order date on any digital item or from the date of delivery on any shippable item you buy at Sonarworks online store. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact support team to arrange the return. A request for the return must be submitted within 14 days after the purchase or delivery date. Please make sure you return the product in its original packaging and it includes all accessories. Be careful to avoid any signs of use! We do not cover the shipping costs of returned items.

We truly respect your time. All deliverable items from the Sonarworks store are shipped by FedEx within 2-3 working days within the EU, and 3-5 working days for the rest of the world. If FedEx is unavailable for any reason, DHL Express is used instead. If we are out of stock, purchases are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks. But don't worry, it happens very rarely.

Pay for the product not for the shipment. We make sure everyone anywhere can get our products at a low cost to discover calibrated sound from their headphones and speakers.  

2-Year Warranty for Headphones and Microphones

We stand by the products we sell. So, all headphones and Sonarworks measurement microphones are backed by a 24-month warranty. Signs of wear are only covered if they occurred despite appropriate care or because of demonstrably bad workmanship. A product that is beyond repair is exchanged for a new product or an alternative one in the same price range.
