Unsupported headphones

SoundID supports a number of headphones, however, not all the headphones that the users may own have been listed just yet. The new feature should resolve this problem if your headphones are not on the list.

New users

  1. Launch SoundID app
  2. Log in 
  3. Select your theme color
  4. Use unsupported (option at the bottom)




With the headphones selected SoundID will allow you to proceed with the Preference Test, Hearing Test, and further customization options built into the app.

  1. Launch SoundID app
  2. Tap Devices
  3. Select Headphones
  4. Add new headphones
  5. Use unsupported
