Shortly about the recruitment process:
Both your experience and skills will be taken into account by our Recruitment team. We’ll get back to the chosen candidates for the next selection round within the following 1 - 3 weeks.
Once you’ve passed the first screening, we will have a short phone interview with you or invite you to an interview in our office. You’ll meet either Hiring Manager, Assistant or a Team Lead (depending on the position).
If we’re moving forward, you’ll be invited to the second interview round meeting with your direct manager and Hiring Manager. Aside from discussing the position in detail, we might also ask you to complete a task for homework.
